The staff at Complete Care at Westfield lovingly cared for my mom and provided her with successful rehab treatment. My mom had difficulty understanding where she was but the nurses, aides, and physical therapist helped my mom to adjust with repeated reassurance, hugs and humor. Everything is clean and in good working order. The kitchen sent out sandwich platters that he loved. I can’t tell you how pleased we are with the way the staff takes care of him on a constant basis. Several nurses and aides come in to check on him even when they are not assigned to him. I highly recommend Complete Care at Westfield.

Mrs. Conry was admitted to CC Westfield in March of 2021 with a diagnosis of acute respiratory failure due to the effects of Covid 19. Upon admission, she was dependent on a respirator for breathing and completely dependent for all activities of daily living, was unable to sit up, and was unable to get in and out of bed without the assistance of a mechanical lift. She was unable to walk. Her course of rehabilitation was long and intense, but she was very motivated and participated actively on program. At discharge, she was able to walk long distances with a rolling walker, climb stairs, and get in and out of a car with only stand-by assist. The entire staff at Complete Care of Westfield feel honored that Pamela entrusted them with her care, and are so happy to see her doing well and on her way back home!

I figure I send enough complaints; it would be nice to send some kudos. Your recreation director is fabulous! The events she comes up with for the residents are amazing. My mom actually leaves her room!! Mom raved about the KFC lunch for days. Every time I spoke with mom, she mentioned how good it was and how much she enjoyed it. There was also Meatball Monday, Taco Tuesday, making chef hats (she made 2), the Ladies Tea Social, and she loves a different ice cream theme every Friday. Streaming a different movie every day is also a big hit. The things she comes up with are pure genius. Please continue to support her and her ideas, and if I can ever do anything to help (physically or by donating) please let me know. She is doing an outstanding job.
